This area of the company, with an annual production capacity of 100,000 m3 of mouldings, is focussed in manufacturing fingerjointed Radiata Pine and MDF mouldings.

Innovation and solution development have characterized Polincay. In 1991 the company came out with the first jesso primed MDF mouldings for the Chilean market. Polincay became in 1993 the first exporter of this type of product to the USA and consolidated as leader in this segment.

At present, Polincay is internationally well known for its high quality jesso priming system, that allows production of mouldings with optimal painting surfaces.

The success achieved by the company in this market is largely due to the development of production processes that combine: qualified workers, state-of-the-art machinery and the highest quality standards.

Polincay's moulding plant has a flexible, yet high productive system that allows the supply of Chilean and international customers with standard and also custom orders.
